1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid events, masterclasses, workshops, and programs offered by Sannewforsis where payment is collected via third-party payment links. By purchasing access to an event, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation by Participant (You)

  • Full refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
  • Late cancellations / no-shows: Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the event or after the event has started will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such requests are not guaranteed and may be declined.
  • To request a cancellation and refund, email us at smilepath999@gmail.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Registered email address and phone number
    • Order/transaction ID or payment receipt screenshot
    • Event name and date

3. Cancellation by Sannewforsis (Organizer)

  • If Sannewforsis cancels an event for any reason, registered participants will be offered either:
    1. a full refund, or
    2. transfer to the next available session (if offered).
  • If you choose a refund after an organizer cancellation, the refund will be processed as described below.

4. How refunds are processed

  • All payments are collected through third-party payment providers (payment links). We do not hold or store card details.
  • Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund via the payment provider within 3 business days (IST).
  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or card depends on your bank/payment provider and may take an additional 3–10 business days. These bank/processor times are outside our control.

5. Partial refunds and discretionary refunds

  • In certain cases (for example, partial attendance, exceptional circumstances), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. Please contact us (see Section 2) and provide details; we will evaluate and respond promptly.

6. Replays and missed sessions

  • If you miss a live session, replay availability (if offered) will be communicated at registration or during the event. Access to a replay does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

  • If you initiate a chargeback with your bank/payment provider, we will respond with the transaction documentation. If a chargeback is reversed in your favor, we will comply with the provider’s outcome. Repeated chargebacks without contacting us may result in denial of future registrations.

8. Taxes and fees

  • Any taxes or bank processing fees shown on the payment provider page are governed by that provider. If the payment provider charges non-refundable fees, these fees may reduce the refundable amount depending on the provider’s policy.

9. How long does approval take?

  • We aim to review refund requests and respond within 2 business days of receiving your complete request. If approved, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
