By registering for or attending any masterclass, event, or program by Sannewforsis, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to register. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Registration & Confirmation

  1. Registration is completed only after you submit your details and make the payment through our provided payment link.
  2. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing event access details (Zoom link, timing, and instructions).
  3. Access to replays or future sessions (if applicable) will be shared through the same contact method.

4. Payments

  1. All payments are collected via third-party payment links. We do not collect or store your card or bank details.
  2. Payment details entered on the payment provider’s page are protected by their security systems and subject to their privacy and terms.
  3. The price displayed at registration is final unless otherwise specified (e.g., early-bird or promotional offers).

5. Event Access & Delivery

  1. Sessions are conducted live via Zoom (or another online platform).
  2. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by poor internet connectivity, user device issues, or platform outages.
  3. Access credentials (Zoom links) are personal and must not be shared publicly or with unregistered participants.
  4. Replay access (if provided) will be available as communicated during or after the session.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

  1. All content, materials, recordings, slides, and documents shared during the event are the intellectual property of Sannewforsis or its licensors.
  2. You may use materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  3. Reproduction, sharing, resale, or redistribution of any material is strictly prohibited without written permission.
  4. You may not record or publicly share the session without our consent.

7. Participant Conduct

We encourage a positive and respectful learning environment.

  • Any abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the session without notice.
  • You agree not to use hate speech, offensive language, or spam within event chats, groups, or discussions.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The masterclass and related content are provided for educational and motivational purposes only.
  2. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
  3. Individual results vary and depend on your effort, mindset, and actions.
  4. Sannewforsis makes no guarantees about income, happiness, or outcomes based on participation in the session.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sannewforsis, its owners, trainers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the event.

10. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms (such as Zoom, WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting, and analytics tools).

  • By using our services, you also agree to their respective Terms & Privacy Policies.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party providers.

11. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By registering, you consent to receive communication related to the event via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

12. Modifications & Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event timing, speaker lineup, or content for operational reasons.

  • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registered participants will be notified by email or WhatsApp.
  • Participants may choose to attend the next available session or access the replay.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
